- Project Delivery and Revisions
6.1 We will deliver projects as per agreed-upon timelines.
6.2 Reasonable revisions are included as specified in individual project agreements. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6.3 We shall use our best endeavor to deliver artworks to the client by the agreed date and shall notify the client of any anticipated delay at the first opportunity.
6.4 It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.
6.5 The client shall assume responsibility for cost outlays by Le Creative Lab, LLC in all collections of unpaid fees and of legal fees necessitated by default in payment. Invoices in default will include but are not limited to fees for collection and legal costs.
- Payment Terms
7.1 Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements.
7.2 We reserve the right to suspend work on projects where payments are overdue.
- Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information without the client’s express permission.
- Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to display and link to completed client work as part of our portfolio.
- Third-Party Websites and Services
Links to or from external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content of any external website or service.
- Termination of Services
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms or nonpayment.
11.2 Clients may terminate services as specified in individual project agreements.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New York State.
